Khabroom has separate systems: hotel, dorm and boarding house, accounting, inventory and staff. Each plan turns on one or more of them for a set time. After payment your organization is created and you sign in to the admin panel with your user name and password. The panel shows only the parts you bought.
If you need one thing, a single plan is enough: a dorm buys only “Dorm and boarding house”. If you need several systems, a bundle is usually cheaper: a cafe buys “Inventory and accounting” together.
In “My account” press “Upgrade or add a system” and choose a bigger plan. If the new plan includes every system of the current one, it replaces it and the unused days of the current plan are taken off the price, so you only pay the difference.
Buy that system's plan for the same organization. The current subscription is not touched; both stay active, each with its own end date.
If you buy the same plan again, the new period starts exactly when the current one ends, so you never lose a day.
Your data is not deleted and is back as soon as you renew. Until then, that system stays closed in the panel and guests cannot book or apply at that organization.
Some plans have a free trial that each organization can use once. New systems, such as an online restaurant menu, food stock management and online ordering from the warehouse, will be added to this list over time, and you can add them to your subscription whenever you want.
